Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present company offerings effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele-sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
