Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

Company: CodeTez Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Job

Experience Level: Minimum 6 months to 1 Year experience must

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings, give presentations, and pitch IT services to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, contacts, and meetings using CRM tools.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and events to promote CodeTez services.
  • Follow up diligently with prospects and close deals.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
  • Ability to understand and present IT services like Website Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and sales funnels.

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in selling IT products, SaaS, or service-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (like Zoho CRM, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Ability to prepare proposals and client presentations.

Educational Qualification:

Any Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or equivalent preferred).
