
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking , client visits and social media outreach in Chennai and surrounding areas.
- Follow up on leads from telecallers, website inquiries and branch referrals.
- Conduct B2B sales and corporate sales activities to expand our client base.
- Schedule and attend sales meetings and presentations with business in Chennai.
- Carry out market research to understand customer needs and regional industry trends.
- Prepare proposals , quotatons and sales reports.
- Represent the company at Chennai based trade shows , exhibitions and conferences.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue growth.
- Work with internal teams for smooth order processing , delivery and payment follow ups.
- Maintain strong client engagement and key account management for long term growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development (Sales) , B2B sales and Field sales (preferably in Chennai Market)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Tamil and English preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling , customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Ability to travel within Chennai and nearby regions for client meetings.
- Goal oriented with proven record of achieving sales targets.
