Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking , client visits and social media outreach in Chennai and surrounding areas.
  • Follow up on leads from telecallers, website inquiries and branch referrals.
  • Conduct B2B sales and corporate sales activities to expand our client base.
  • Schedule and attend sales meetings and presentations with business in Chennai.
  • Carry out market research to understand customer needs and regional industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals , quotatons and sales reports.
  • Represent the company at Chennai based trade shows , exhibitions and conferences.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue growth.
  • Work with internal teams for smooth order processing , delivery and payment follow ups.
  • Maintain strong client engagement and key account management for long term growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development (Sales) , B2B sales and Field sales (preferably in Chennai Market)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (Tamil and English preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold calling , customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Ability to travel within Chennai and nearby regions for client meetings.
  • Goal oriented with proven record of achieving sales targets.
