Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, student recruitment, or admissions. Candidates with prior experience in the education industry will be given preference. The role focuses on promoting Apollo University programs, driving student admissions, and building strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Apollo University programs to prospective students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly student admission targets.
- Identify and develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and education consultants.
- Conduct outreach activities such as education fairs, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain knowledge of Apollo University programs, curriculum, and policies.
- Track leads, manage follow-ups, and provide timely reports to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, admissions, or education sales.
- Educational industry background/experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for outreach and partnership activities.
