About the Role

Were looking for a meticulous and language-savvy Quality Analyst (Dubbing) to join our in-house team.

The QA will be responsible for ensuring that all dubbed content meets the highest standards of audio quality, sync accuracy, and linguistic precision before delivery. Youll play a key role in maintaining the creative integrity and technical excellence of our dubbing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed quality checks on dubbed audio and video for lip-sync, timing, pronunciation, and performance accuracy.
  • Verify linguistic and emotional consistency with the source content.
  • Identify and report technical issues such as background noise, pops, mismatched levels, or distorted audio.
  • Cross-check final outputs with scripts and translations to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare QA reports summarizing issues, suggestions, and rework requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Dubbing Artists, Mix Engineers, Project Managers, and Editors to ensure quality compliance and timely revisions.
  • Maintain a QA checklist and workflow documentation to ensure standardization across projects.
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal quality control processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Media, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in dubbing, post-production, or audio QC.
  • Excellent command of at least one Indian language and good understanding of English.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to detect even minor sync or tonal errors.
  • Familiarity with audio/video tools (Audition, Pro Tools, Reaper, or similar).
  • Attention to detail, patience, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI-assisted dubbing or localization workflows.
  • Knowledge of sound levels, loudness standards, and mix specs.
  • Experience working in a multi-language dubbing setup.
