Job Description: Quality Analyst Intern (Opinion Poll)

Position: Quality Analyst Digital Marketing

Department: Market Research Operations

Reports To: QC Lead / Project Manager

About the Role

Were looking for a Quality Control Executive to join our Market Research team for an ongoing opinion poll project. The person in this role will be responsible for checking the quality of telephonic/field surveys through audio verification and GPS validation. The goal is to make sure that every interview collected is genuine, accurate, and meets project standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to recorded survey calls and ensure the interview is complete, natural, and unbiased.
  • Check that the surveyor has taken consent before starting and followed the questionnaire properly.
  • Identify and flag fake or incorrect interviews — such as blank recordings, same respondent voice, or robotic delivery.
  • Verify GPS locations to confirm that interviews were done within the assigned ward.
  • Mark each checked case as Approved, Improvement, Fake, or Not Reviewed, with clear remarks.
  • Rate surveyor performance based on quality – Excellent, Good, Average, Bad, or Poor.
  • Raise concerns for repeated mistakes or suspicious trends to the QC Lead immediately.
  • Work closely with supervisors to share feedback that helps improve field or CATI team performance.

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone with good listening skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with audio files and QC portals (training will be provided).
  • Able to communicate clearly in English and Marathi language.
  • A team player who takes ownership and meets daily targets on time.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any stream.
  • 0–1 year of experience in Market Research, CATI, or any QC-related process will be an advantage.
  • Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
