  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Analyse test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting for data validation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the insurance domain or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or Test Complete.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with performance and security testing
