Job Title: Sales Head – Solar Structure Industry
Job Role:
Lead and manage the sales team in the solar structure industry, develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, oversee end-to-end sales cycles, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the solar structure industry.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
- Identify new business opportunities with EPC contractors, project developers, and large industrial clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure and post-sales support.
- Monitor sales pipeline, quotations, orders, and dispatches through ERP system.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and sales analysis via ERP.
- Collaborate with production, design, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide periodic MIS reports and updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / MBA / Diploma in Engineering or Business Management.
- 8–12 years of sales experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role in the solar structure / renewable energy / steel fabrication industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP / Odoo / Tally or equivalent).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth initiatives.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80, ₹200,000.00 per month
