
Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to lead our franchise acquisition and onboarding efforts. The candidate will be responsible for franchise growth, onboarding new franchisees, and supporting their journey into the City Mart ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive franchise sales.
- Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company to convert them into franchise partners.
- Present the City Mart FOCO/FOFO franchise models and benefits to potential investors through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Close franchise agreements and ensure documentation is completed in coordination with legal and operations teams.
- Ensure monthly acquisition targets are met (e.g., 5 new franchise sign-ups per month).
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new franchise partners documentation, setup guidance, initial store launch planning.
- Guide and handhold franchisees through the initial phase to ensure alignment with company standards.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback for strategic planning.
- Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting on performance to senior leadership.
- Travel (as required) to meet prospects, attend expos, and represent City Mart at franchise events.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Act as the single point of contact for franchise sales queries and post-sales support.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field(MBA preferred).
- 5- 10 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or retail sales.
- Proven track record of converting leads and closing franchise deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel PAN India for meetings and franchise onboarding.
- Self-driven and target-focused individual with the ability to thrive in a performance-based role.
