Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for executives.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and maintaining records.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and board sessions.
- Record and distribute minutes, track follow-up actions, and ensure deadlines are met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
