As an E-commerce Back Office Executive, you will be a vital part of our e-commerce operations, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and contributing to the efficiency of our online business. You will handle a variety of responsibilities from managing data and processing orders to customer service and coordinating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Handle all aspects of order processing, including verification, coordination with fulfillment, and ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist in stock checks, and update product listings as required.
  • Data Management: Ensure all e-commerce data (product listings, descriptions, prices, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders or returns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Website Management: Assist with website maintenance, ensuring that all backend updates are performed correctly and efficiently.
  • Project Support: Support various e-commerce projects, including promotional campaigns or site enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
