Job Responsibility:-

• 1. MEDA – SECI / POLY, MSEDCL-SECI & MTSKPY Projects. Prepared and managed comprehensive spreadsheets documenting validation passes and failures related to RMS devices, including issues such as inaccurate latitude-longitude (GPS) data, pump generation failures, and invalid static data.
• Acted as the central communication channel between the internal team and external vendors like Antares, Vechi, and Ecozen, ensuring that each validation issue was reported clearly and tracked till closure.
• Regularly followed up on unresolved issues, monitored resolution status, and coordinated any additional technical requests or requirements to ensure the smooth functioning of all installed devices.
• 1. RMS & Controller. Worked closely with Purankar Sir to plan and implement updates, functional improvements, and custom changes in RMS and VFD controller systems.
• Collaborated with the Antares and Vechi technical teams to ensure that all configurations and controller functionalities were aligned with project requirements and performance expectations.
• Played a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement in RMS behaviour and contributing to long-term system reliability.
• General Site Support. Coordinated with on-site persons to resolve hardware or software issues occurring at field installations, including solar systems, RMS devices, or motor-pump systems.
• Guided local teams and farmers on technical troubleshooting, including wiring verification, device operations, and fault indicators.
• Resolved the majority of site-related issues remotely through online coordination
• Collected essential visuals such as videos of RMS screens, wiring photos, and device sticker IDs to support remote diagnosis and resolution of issues.
• Solar Projects. Performed weekly manual readings of energy meters at solar plant sites to ensure data consistency for system monitoring and reporting.

We are looking to hire an experienced back-office executive to join our busy back-office team. As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.

To ensure success as a back office executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management. Ultimately, a top-class back office executive works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the front office team.

Back Office Executive Responsibilities:

• Performing market research.

• Gathering and processing research data.
• Performing basic admin duties, including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
• Assisting the Front Office team.
• Assisting with inventory control.
• Organising staff meetings and updating calendars.
• Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
• Assisting and supporting management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
