Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management
a. Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
b. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
c. Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
d. Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communication.
e. Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.Office Administration
a. Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
b. Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
c. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services.Coordination & Communication
a. Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
b. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare minutes.
c. Support management in general administrative and HR tasks as required.
