Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in their designated region, creating and implementing sales strategies, developing relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and reporting to senior management. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of orders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and market analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the industrial rubber or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
