DesignCafe is hiring for the role of Sales Manager for Pune
Minimum Experience - 3 to 5 years in inside sales or similar
Location: Pune - Baner
Address: Shop No. 24, Amar Tech Park, 25 & 26, Balewadi - Hinjawadi Rd, near MIS International School, Patil Nagar, Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411045
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
- Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Customer experience & relationship management
- Resolving Customer queries.
- Generating Sales Reports.

Strong performance from the sales manager would Contribute towards the centre achieving its goal of revenue, Customer experience which in turn helps the organisation to grow and achieve its goals. Preferred candidate profile :
Qualifications
- A graduate in any stream regular education)
- Minimum Experience - 3 plus years in inside sales or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
