Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, training new sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also need to collaborate with other departments to drive overall company growth.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is highly beneficial
