Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Pune. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and analyzing market trends. You will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the B2B industry is a plus
