Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Sales and Business Development skills
- Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
