We are hiring for Sales Manager - Power Up Your Career in Electrical & Automation

Drive Growth: Lead sales of cutting-edge Electrical Power Distribution & Automation Products in Maharashtra & Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the sales team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team sales meetings to review performance, share best practices, and motivate the team.
  • Monitor sales team activities, pipelines, and results to ensure targets are met.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture.
Sales Execution & Performance:
  • Drive the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement sales process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • May directly manage key accounts or participate in complex sales negotiations.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to enhance the overall customer experience.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Utilize CRM software effectively to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Proven experience (typically 5 years) in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or team lead role. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in [specific industry, e.g., B2B software sales, retail sales, pharmaceutical sales] is highly preferred.

Working Conditions:
