About Lifetrons

Lifetrons is a health-tech company building connected health products like Smart Scales and Kitchen Scales, integrated with our apps Lifetrons Health and NutriSwift.

We are expanding rapidly across Amazon, Flipkart, and new platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, and JioMart.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to scale our online sales, manage marketplace operations, and open new sales channels.

The ideal person understands both strategy and execution — from listing optimization to running ads and coordinating with category managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage listings, pricing, ads, reviews, and daily marketplace operations.
  • Plan and run PPC campaigns to achieve strong ROI.
  • Work with content and design teams to improve product visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate inventory, FBA/Flipkart Fulfilment, and returns.
  • Build relationships with marketplace teams to secure deals and promotions.
  • Explore and onboard new channels like Zepto, Blinkit, JioMart, and Tata Neu.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart).
  • Someone
  • Hands-on experience with Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Proven record of growing online revenue for a consumer product brand.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and execution skills.
  • Experience in electronics, health-tech, or fitness categories preferred.

We are specifically looking for someone who has previously scaled a product's online sales from ₹10L/month to ₹1Cr+/month — ideally in consumer electronics, fitness, or health-tech categories
