We are hiring Store Manager for our Zeiss Vision Center by Mittal Optics @Baner, Pune

Job Description:

Mittal Optics, a leading Luxurious Optical Retailer, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for our Zeiss Vision Center. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service, driving both sales and growth.

Requirements:

  • Should have experience of 3-5 yrs as a Store Manager in OPTICAL industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain stock levels and manage inventory.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising.
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports.
  • Supervise and train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
