Role Overview:

We are looking for a Key / Technical Account Manager with a strong background in managing IT clients, especially in contract staffing, resource management, offshoring, and solution selling. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, revenue growth, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Management & Growth

o Own and manage relationships with key accounts (primarily IT clients).

o Understand client requirements and manage their expectations with clarity and accountability.

o Upsell and cross-sell IT services (staff augmentation, project-based delivery, AI/ML solutions, offshoring, etc.).

o Lead and close SOWs, proposals, and bulk hiring discussions.

· Staff Augmentation & Delivery Coordination

o Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for timely fulfillment of client requirements.

o Understand technology skillsets and project needs to align the right resources.

o Drive resource pipeline and lineup strategy for current and future positions.

o Ensure resource utilization and bench optimization through proper planning.

· Tech & Business Understanding

o Have a sound understanding of technology stacks, AI/ML basics, cloud, and software development life cycle.

o Act as a tech-savvy partner who understands client lingo and internal team delivery dynamics.

· Documentation & Process

o Handle SOWs, proposals, and related client documentation smoothly.

o Maintain client trackers, dashboards, and reports for ongoing engagements and renewals.

o Work closely with legal and finance for closure of contracts and billing formalities.

What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience as a Key Account Manager / Technical Account Manager in IT Services or Staff Augmentation.

· Hands-on experience managing contractual staffing and offshore teams.

· Strong track record of upselling, cross-selling, and revenue expansion within key accounts.

· Good understanding of technical skillsets, IT resource management, and recruitment processes.

· Fluent verbal and written communication skills; confident client communicator.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proactive, self-driven, and willing to go the extra mile.

· IT/Engineering background is a plus.
