Job Summary:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accountant (Fresher to 6 months) who can assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, invoice preparation, payment follow-ups, financial record maintenance, and CRM tools.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software, maintaining accuracy, and supporting the finance team with routine accounting operations.

Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Preparing and issuing invoices for clients accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining and updating accounting records, ledgers, and financial entries.
  • Using accounting tools/software for data entry, reconciliation, and report generation.
  • Following up with clients for outstanding payments through calls, emails, or CRM tools.
  • Managing payment records including receipts, tracking, and updating databases.
  • Assisting with monthly financial reports, expense tracking, and documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for invoice clarification and payment status.
  • Maintaining proper documentation of bills, vouchers, receipts, and supporting files.
  • Learning and working on CRM tools for finance and client-related updates.
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards and company policies.

What We're Looking For:-

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with accounting tools/software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Good understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Experience Required: Fresher to 6 months

Notice Period: Immediate or up to 15 Days
