This position acts as point person & decision-maker on the internal product development team for a single product by leading product development and implementation.

**Responsibilities**:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own product development implementation of single products in the OmniBlu digital product portfolio
- Participate in product design sessions and decisions in collaboration with product managers, UI designers, business stakeholders and customers
- Manage product backlog including prioritization, sizing and development allocation
- Create user stories including requirements, acceptance criteria for backend and frontend development based on product requirements (functional and non-functional) and design requirements
- Prioritize user stories based on roadmap priorities and timelines defined by the product manager
- Manage and update stories and features in Product Board and Microsoft dev ops software tools
- Participate in scrum events including grooming, planning and daily stand ups
- Manage production release notes and communicate progress to product manager
- Provide product demos of newly developed features to internal stakeholders
- Enter and manage bug requests and prioritize based on scope and criticality

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS AND CANDIDATE QUALITIES
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, business, marketing, communications, engineering or related field
- 2+ years’ experience working in scrum or agile teams as product owner or business analyst
- Experience working with product management and development software tools like Product Board and Microsoft Dev Ops
- Basic understanding of industry market conditions and trends
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
