Job Title Product Owner Experience 10 years Location Pune - Looking for a Product Owner for a development project - Good experience as a product owner or business analyst preferably in the eCommerce domain - Drives business requirements analyzes them reprioritizes and scopes for product increments sprints - Develops and directs the creation of schedules - Coordinates between project teams and business users for user acceptance tests - Responsible for creating epics user stories and grooming stories - Defines acceptance and exit criteria for stories - Clarifies team queries regarding business requirements and priorities - Able to perform scrum master role including scheduling ceremonies and driving scrum calls - Coordinates resolution of impediments capacity planning and tracking metrics burndown velocity etc - Good experience working with agile methodologies SCRUM SAFE - Collaborates with management and internal manufacturing development partners to recommend and implement changes - Leads or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives - Acts as an expert in providing direction for process improvements and establishing policies - Frequently represents the organization to external customers clients Process skills - Knowledge of Agile methodology - PO certification is a must - Project management experience is preferred Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering computer background preferred
