**Description** **Product Owner** **About this position**: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with 10 to 15 years of industry experience to join our growing team at Pune. As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in building consortium solutions to proactively identify fraud risk within our Financial Crime Prevention and Detection product. You will translate strategic vision into actionable product initiatives, working closely with data engineers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge AI/ML-driven solutions. Your expertise in the payments and financial crime domain will be crucial in guiding the development of efficient and scalable data models. - **Role**:Product Owner - **Location**:Pune - **Experience**:10 to 15 years - **Job type**: Full time - **Work type**: Hybrid **Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities** **Primary Responsibilities**: - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. - Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data insights, and market trends. - Serve as the voice of the customer during development sprints and ceremonies. - Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and priorities. - Collaborate with UX/design, QA, and product marketing to ensure seamless delivery and user experience. - Work with product managers to ensure alignment between strategic vision and execution - Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models and ensure model performance aligns with customer expectations. - Help translate company’s strategic vision into data science-focused product initiatives. - Interface with clients and internal SMEs to collect requirements, validate use cases, and gather feedback. - Participate in customer calls, workshops, and product demonstrations. - Help ensure product development is grounded in real-world fraud scenarios and customer workflows. - Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure successful and high-quality delivery. - Ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined and met before features are released. - Track product and feature performance post-release and help drive continuous improvement. - Work closely with sales, professional services, and customer success teams to communicate product capabilities and roadmap. - Guide Engineering counterparts about identifying the efficient & scalable data-model. **Key skills you will require**: **Primary Skills** - 10-15 years of overall experience, with 4+ years in Product Management or a technical product-related role (SaaS).
