To be successful as a " Product Owner", you should have experience with: **Basic/ Essential Qualifications**: - Engage with other Tech/Business Product Owner’s to discuss work and promote product. - Experience working in Data analysis and good knowledge of SQL queries, File Interchange/Protocols, ETL.etc. - Act as face of product to Stakeholders. - Act as customer representative to team and explains the value of the change to the business. - Help elaborate Stories to Tech team where detail needed. - Review and accept of all work completed in Sprint. - Participate in Story Refinement sessions. - Participate in Sprint Planning to help team understand the change and ensure priority of work is correct. - Self-initiate new Ideas/ Product features / enhance existing features. - Seek funding opportunities from Stakeholders/Business Areas for new initiatives. - Work with Projects to exploit their funding to become the vehicle to deliver new features/improve existing as well as their core requirements. - Engage with users to understand user patterns / behaviours / potential improvements / pain points. - Analysis prioritisation in collaboration with Tech lead; Prioritise live issue fixes. - Explore metrics across the product, collaborate with Tech Lead and Domain Lead to derive team performance with the aim of increasing. - Create Domain Roadmaps to detail feature delivery and timelines. - The need to drive metrics to bring to life the delivery of features and associated issues. **Desirable skillsets/ good to have**: - Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) will be desirable - Foundational knowledge of product management and Agile methodologies. - SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (SAFe POPM) This role will be based out of Pune. **Purpose of the role** To manage and improve products, and the effective execution of these products. **Accountabilities** - Management and improvement of products using agile methodologies to support the monitoring of metrics such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and to support the development of roadmaps that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a product. - Collaboration with stakeholders including traders, salespeople, risk managers and technology teams to align the product vision and development process.. - Utilisation of market research, analysis of customer feedback and monitoring of industry trends to identify new products, features or enhancements.. - Development and execution of reports and presentations to communicate product updates, features, requirements, acceptance criteria and success stories to relevant stakeholders, including developers.. - Execution of user acceptance testing to validate product concepts, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on design prototypes.. - Development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a smooth launch of new products or features in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.. **Assistant Vice President Expectations** - To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.
