Experience: 10–12 years (2–3 years Domestic + 7–8 years International Pharma Market)

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager / Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading strategic marketing and product growth initiatives for RTM Healthcare's specialty therapeutic products across Oncology, Cardiology, Diabetic, Neurology, Nephrology, and Metabolic disorder and urology segments.

This role demands a highly analytical, field-oriented, and strategy-driven professional who can combine market insight with execution excellence. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground market analysis, new product launches, and driving ROI with year to year basic -focused growth plan across global markets through both online and offline channels. Worked interactionally in B2B and B2C product launches and growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies and brand plans for assigned therapeutic products.
  • Conduct field analysis and gather competitive intelligence across domestic and international markets.
  • Plan and execute new product launches, ensuring effective market penetration and positioning.
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Sales, and Medical Affairs teams for coordinated product launch.
  • Create branding, promotional, and digital marketing strategies tailored to diverse international markets.
  • Prepare and track ROI-driven marketing budgets and campaign with the performance reports.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for portfolio expansion and life cycle management.
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Yearly and monthly promotional plans to be executed well in advance and should be time driven

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm with MBA in Marketing or International Business.
  • Experience: 10–12 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with 2–3 years in domestic and 7–8 years in international markets.
  • Proven experience in Oncology, Cardiology, Diabetic, Neurology, Nephrology, and Metabolic disorder eurology therapeutic product segments.
  • Strong expertise in product launches, portfolio management, and strategic brand development.
  • Must be field-oriented with readiness for continuous international travel.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and modern marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of global pharma trends, export dynamics, and market regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute growth strategies with measurable ROI.
