
Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
· Lead generation through anchor partnerships, networking, and market initiatives
· Recruit, coach, and manage Sales Officers to deliver sales targets
· Drive territory-level growth in Asset Under Management (AUM)
· Monitor pipelines, conversions, and ensure timely loan activations
· Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, credit) to resolve bottlenecks
· Ensure high-quality customer engagement and retention
· Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze sales data
· Stay updated on market trends and competitors to refine strategies
· Enforce compliance with policies and regulatory norms
What We're Looking For
· Graduate/MBA with
1-3 years
of sales experience (financial services/NBFC/banking preferred)
· Candidates should be fluent in Kannada and understand regional nuances
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Proven track record of meeting sales & AUM targets
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
