About XPAND

XPAND builds in-house consumer brands for Bharat and takes them deep into small towns and rural markets. Our current focus categories include sanitary pads, diapers & baby wipes, home hygiene (toilet cleaner, dish-wash bar, phenyl), confectionery, LED lighting, and soya chunks. We scale through a robust last-mile distribution play—no aggregation, our own brands.

Role Mandate

  • Onboard: Super Stockists, Distributors, Sub-Stockists—at speed and at scale.
  • Lead: Hire, coach, and ride with the field team; solve on ground.
  • Own Metrics: Monthly SS/D/Sub-D additions, TATs, lines billed, fill rates, repeat orders.

Who Should Apply

  • 3–4 years FMCG field/channel experience.
  • Strong territory relationships (wholesale + retail ecosystem).
  • Hustle for targets, comfort with 20+ days travel/month, basic MIS/reporting discipline.
  • Local language fluency; ability to open doors and close quickly.
