KRA

  • Visit 25 pharmacies on daily basis
  • Achieve 50 new Registrations & 50 Activations every month
  • Drive Rs. 5 Lacs new business every month from 50 new Activations
  • Prioritize visits of RBNO (Register but not order) retailer /3 month inactive/loss sales retailers in the area
  • Update visits & retailers' data in RMS accurately
  • Prompt resolution of retailer's issues in coordination with CRM
  • Maintain a Good relationship with retailers
  • Weekly visit schedule to be submitted in advance on RMS
  • Weekly meeting with TL on Saturdays for planning
  • Regular update to TL on daily basis
  • Visit gap should not be more than 2 hours from one retailer to another.
