Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong corporate relationships, pitching event solutions, and closing deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities with corporate clients
- Building long-term client relationships and understanding their event needs
- Preparing customized event proposals and presentations
- Coordinating with internal teams for seamless event execution
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Representing Kermis Events at networking forums, meetings, and client interactions

1. Freshers or experienced professionals in Business Development are welcome
2. Excellent communication & presentation skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
4. A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
