Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong corporate relationships, pitching event solutions, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities with corporate clients
  • Building long-term client relationships and understanding their event needs
  • Preparing customized event proposals and presentations
  • Coordinating with internal teams for seamless event execution
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Representing Kermis Events at networking forums, meetings, and client interactions
