Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our staffing agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.

2. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development goals.

4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

5. Proposal and Presentation Development: Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and prospective clients.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

7. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
