Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive process and digital sales initiatives across assigned sectors and accounts.
- Identify recurring and sustainable revenue opportunities for customers.
- Negotiate and secure favorable commercial terms for Capital Records Centre in all deals.
- Develop and maintain strong, multi-level customer relationships, ensuring long-term business engagement.
- Collaborate closely with regional RIM (Records Information Management) and Account teams to identify and support digital opportunities within existing accounts.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality sales reporting aligned with business requirements.
- Promote the full range of Capital Records Centre products Data Management, Secure Destruction, and Information Management Solutions — by aligning customer challenges with company strengths.
- Lead pipeline generation and prospecting activities to build new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Achieve assigned sales quota and contribute to the team's overall booking targets.
- Maintain compliance with SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies and Capital Records Centre standards.
- Adopt a consultative, value-based selling approach to deliver customer success and business growth.
