Position: Business Development Manager - BPO

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5 to 10 years in Business Development / Sales within the BPO / ITES industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for BPO services (domestic and international).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with operations, pricing, and transition teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging outsourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare business presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Represent the company in industry events and networking forums.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in BPO sales, outsourcing business acquisition, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of BPO delivery models (voice, non-voice, back-office, shared services, etc.).
  • Experience in international sales also preferred.
  • Goal-oriented with ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
