Position: Business Development Manager - BPO
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5 to 10 years in Business Development / Sales within the BPO / ITES industry
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for BPO services (domestic and international).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and transition teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging outsourcing opportunities.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Represent the company in industry events and networking forums.
Key Requirements
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in BPO sales, outsourcing business acquisition, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of BPO delivery models (voice, non-voice, back-office, shared services, etc.).
- Experience in international sales also preferred.
- Goal-oriented with ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
