Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to drive IT service sales and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth technical understanding of IT services, and a proven record in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT Services (AMC, Cloud Email, Database, and Facility Management).
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and competitive market insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Field Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle end-to-end B2B sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
