Role: Business Head – Business Development

We are looking for a high-performing Business Head who will spearhead our business growth and revenue strategy. The candidate should be a strong business development specialist with proven experience in scaling clients, building high-value partnerships, and driving revenue in the media & marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities

* Business Development & Growth

* Drive acquisition of new clients, build sustainable revenue streams, and expand business opportunities.

* Identify high-value partnerships and alliances for long-term growth.

* Revenue & Strategy

* Define revenue targets and design strategies to consistently achieve and exceed them.

* Develop new business models and explore untapped market opportunities.

* Client Relations & Account Leadership

* Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with clients.

* Ensure seamless client servicing and business retention.

* Leadership & Team Building

* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance business development team.

* Instill a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence.

* Collaboration & Vision

* Work closely with the founding team to shape ABC's growth trajectory.

* Align business goals with the overall vision and long-term strategy of the company.

Qualifications & Experience

* Graduate with MBA (mandatory).

* 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles within media, marketing, advertising, or related industries.

* Strong network and ability to build strategic partnerships.

* Proven track record of scaling revenue and delivering results.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership qualities and vision.

Compensation & Benefits

* CTC: ₹25–35 LPA (based on experience & expertise).

* Co-founder opportunity – chance to transition into a leadership-founder role with equity stake, subject to performance review after 6 months.
