Business Development Executive / Manager – B2B & International Partnerships

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹45,000 + Commissions + Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | In-person | Day Shift

We're now looking for a driven Business Development professional to lead our B2B partnerships and international alliances with consultants, universities, and training providers across the globe.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage partnerships with immigration firms, study abroad agents, coaching institutes, and travel companies.
  • Develop outsourcing collaborations where Kompass handles training or visa services for partner firms.
  • Generate new opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Prepare presentations and business proposals for potential partners.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Explore domestic and international markets for expansion.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Partnerships
  • Background in immigration, education, training, or travel preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Confident using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email campaigns
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and open to domestic/international travel
  • Strong English skills; extra languages are a plus
  • Looking for a long-term, growth-focused role
