Business Development Executive / Manager – B2B & International Partnerships
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Compensation: ₹30,000–₹45,000 + Commissions + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | In-person | Day Shift

We help students and professionals achieve their international dreams — from admissions to visas to permanent residency — and we're growing fast.
We're now looking for a driven Business Development professional to lead our B2B partnerships and international alliances with consultants, universities, and training providers across the globe.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage partnerships with immigration firms, study abroad agents, coaching institutes, and travel companies.
- Develop outsourcing collaborations where Kompass handles training or visa services for partner firms.
- Generate new opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and webinars.
- Prepare presentations and business proposals for potential partners.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and satisfaction.
- Explore domestic and international markets for expansion.
What You'll Get
Fixed salary ₹30,000–₹45,000 (based on experience) + uncapped commissions

Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Partnerships
- Background in immigration, education, training, or travel preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email campaigns
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and open to domestic/international travel
- Strong English skills; extra languages are a plus
