Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Chennai

Department: Sales / Business Development

Golden Homes is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our customer network and drive real estate sales. The BDM will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing channel partner relationships, and converting leads into successful sales. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance trust and referrals.

* Actively promote Golden Homes projects such as Blissful Garden, Golden Opulence, and Golden Laburnum.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project recommendations.

* Coordinate site visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure closure of deals.

* Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional events.

* Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients to expand sales reach.

* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Business / Marketing / related field (MBA preferred).

* 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales / business development.

* Strong understanding of Chennai's real estate market.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Ability to handle clients across multiple projects and deliver high customer satisfaction.

* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
