Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments

  • Uphold and elevate guest experience standards in alignment with wellness and luxury positioning

  • Collaborate with department heads (F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Front Office) to ensure smooth functioning

  • Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and quality assurance across services

  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team

  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability protocols

  • Liaise with ownership and senior leadership on strategic planning and reporting

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in managing operations at premium standalone resorts or wellness retreats

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a hands-on approach

  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest engagement strategies

  • Financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization
