Responsibilitie

  • Oversee and manage all resort operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and smooth functioning
  • Lead, train, and motivate resort staff to maintain high service standards and achieve operational goals
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize occupancy,and drive revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across the resort
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with different departments such as housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance for seamless guest experiences

  • Qualificatons
    :

  • Proven experience as a Resort Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury resort or hotel setting

  • Required

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with an ability to inspire teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of resort operations, budgeting, and guest service standards
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and ret
    ention
