Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Manager located in Udaipur. The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations of boutique hospitality properties, ensuring premium guest services and experiences. The role includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, coordinating food and beverage operations, addressing customer needs, and implementing training programs to enhance staff performance. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Hospitality skills to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
  • Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage operations
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and implement Training programs for a diverse team
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving skills, and a focus on quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and technologies
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
