Manager – Housing & Expat Relocation

Job Title: Sales Manager – Hospitality/Real estate

Job Location: Cybercity, Magarpatta, Pune (On-site, No Work from Home)

Qualification: Any Graduate from a Reputed Institute. MBA preferred

Experience: 4-7 years of experience in Client interaction & Transaction in the Real Estate Broking Industry - Residential Leasing and Buying/Selling.

Reporting To: Founder & CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking proactive and customer-focused Manager – Housing & Expat Relocation to lead our premium residential real estate services for expatriates and NRIs in Pune. The role involves managing leasing and property transactions, client engagement, market research, and team supervision. You will also coordinate with our affiliate consultants across PAN India to ensure a smooth and professional relocation experience. Strong leadership, real estate expertise, and a customer-centric approach are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Relocation Support:

o Understand the needs of relocating families and developing customized relocation plans.

o Coordinate property viewings, negotiate and close the property transaction.

o Negotiating and finalizing property transactions, ensuring smooth paperwork and formalization of agreements.

o Co-coordinating property preparation, property handover and resolution on initial issues.

o Personally, engaging with relocating families upon arrival to facilitate their transition to Pune.

o Orienting them with Indian culture and basics of immigration / property compliance.

o Upon arrival, meet and greet the relocating family and familiarize them with Pune – properties, schools, healthcare, entertainment, sports, grocery etc.

o Offer settling-in services & make the expat family comfortable in India & the new house.

Real Estate and Property Management:

o Maintaining strong relationships with broker networks and landlords.

o Identify and maintain a database of premium expat-friendly homes for lease.

o Leading the team in preparing comprehensive program itineraries and property listings.

o Conducting market surveys and securing appropriate expat homes for lease.

Stakeholder and Market Engagement:

o Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and housing networks.

o Provide ongoing support to expat families to ensure a smooth transition into their new environment.

Key Skills & Other Traits:

o Excellent Communicator, Good Negotiator, Silently Aggressive, Disciplined, Punctual, Mature & Good team player

o Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

o Thorough knowledge of Pune City and its various localities is a must

o Good understanding of premium properties in Pune and real estate transaction process

o Candidate must own a Two/Four-Wheeler and be currently based in Pune.

Compensation Range:

  • INR 6,60,000 LPA – INR 8,40,000 LPA (including incentive, lunch and other benefits).
