what we are looking for :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, client communication, lead generation, and relationship management. You will work closely with our sales team to support business growth and learn the end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads.
- Support the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate sales data.
- Help organize and participate in client meetings, calls, and product demos.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth sales execution.
- Meet weekly targets and contribute to achieving overall sales goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Prior internship or coursework in sales or marketing.
- Knowledge of digital sales channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
