We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on BD Sales to drive growth, brand positioning, and revenue generation for Multicon Realty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales strategy, marketing execution, business development, and site visit management, ensuring project progress is aligned with market expectations and customer needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and key stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to showcase properties, ensuring clients have a firsthand experience of offerings.
Engage in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures with a consultative approach.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote Multicon Realtys projects.
Work on digital marketing, social media, and content strategies to enhance online presence.
Collaborate with design agencies and vendors for marketing collaterals, brochures, and advertisements.
Organize and execute real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Develop brand-building initiatives to strengthen customer trust and recall.
Regularly visit project sites to monitor construction progress, quality, and timelines.
Coordinate with project and engineering teams to stay updated on key milestones.
Identify and address customer concerns.
Provide real-time project updates to potential buyers, ensuring transparency.
Gather customer and market feedback from site visits to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Develop innovative strategies for lead generation and conversion through various channels.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase, maintaining a high level of service.
Implement CRM tools to track and nurture leads effectively.
Address customer queries and concerns with a consultative sales approach.
Track & analyse key sales/marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead conversions, site visits, campaign effectiveness).
Prepare clear and concise reports for management on sales progress, market trends, and customer feedback.
