AGROCOM is the Indian associate of AL-KO Kober, Germany (gardening Machines); Yagmur, Turkey (Power Weeders and Walking tractors); and Caravaggi srl, Italy (agricultural shredders).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager, Sales and Business Development located in Kolkata. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing business plans, enhancing customer service, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales strategies to achieve target goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and strategy implementation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the agricultural machinery industry is a plus
