Role Overview:
As the Sales Lead, you will be pivotal in driving business growth across geographies by building new client relationships, expanding key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. Collaborate closely with delivery and marketing teams to craft unique value propositions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company growth goals.
- Drive new client acquisition and manage complete enterprise deal cycles.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities.
- Demonstrate expertise in solution-selling, consultative sales, and global delivery models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes and teams from the ground up.
