Business Development Managers (Inside Sales Closers)
to join our fast-paced and ambitious organization.

What you'll do

  • Manage the
    entire sales cycle
    – from lead generation and prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Handle both
    inbound and outbound
    sales opportunities with strategic precision.
  • Take ownership of assigned
    verticals
    such as FMCG, Pharma, Retail, and Q-Commerce.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring strong
    pipeline visibility and funnel reviews.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall growth.

Core Skills Required

  • Proven experience in
    B2B sales
    and
    consultative selling.
  • Strong negotiation
    and relationship-building abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with
    CRM tools
    and sales tracking.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.

Qualifications

  • MBA or Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in Inside Sales or Enterprise B2B roles).
