Role Description----
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Magnolia Infrastructure Development Ltd. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing account management, driving sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met consistently.
Required Candidate profile---
Analytical Skills and Sales Management expertise
Experience in Account Management and Team Management
Strong Sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience in real estate sales is a must.managing the sales and marketing team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include overseeing sales activities, setting performance goals, coaching team members, and ensuring that the sales targets are met. The role will also involve close coordination with other departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
