Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing & Strategy to design, lead, and scale our digital growth engine. This leader will own the end-to-end marketing funnel, with a sharp focus on Instagram and Facebook performance marketing, lead qualification, and ROI-driven brand building.

The right candidate will be equal parts strategist, operator, and creative thinker, able to translate budgets into measurable leads and sales for Dubai real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategy (awareness lead gen retargeting conversion).
  • Own all Instagram & Facebook ad campaigns: audience segmentation, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Integrate campaigns with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) to ensure seamless lead flow to sales.
  • Build and manage WhatsApp-based lead nurturing campaigns tailored for Indian HNIs and NRI buyers.

Creative & Content Oversight

  • Define brand voice and campaign messaging for Dubai real estate launches (luxury, lifestyle, investment).
  • Direct outsourced designers, video editors, and content partners to produce high-impact creatives (reels, carousels, testimonials).
  • Innovate in storytelling: use lifestyle marketing, client testimonials, and Dubai-focused narratives to drive aspiration.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and optimize key KPIs: cost per lead (CPL), cost per qualified lead (CPQL), lead-to-sales appointment ratio, and cost per sale (CPS).
  • Provide weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.
  • Continuously experiment with A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
  • Partner with developers in Dubai (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Ellington, etc.) to co-create launch campaigns and roadshows.
  • Collaborate with telecalling teams to ensure lead qualification and nurturing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of progressive digital marketing experience, with a strong track record in performance marketing.
  • Experience in real estate, luxury assets, or high-ticket product marketing (Dubai real estate experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing and motivating external agencies and freelancers.
